Refund Policy

All products sold by Aurenza are digital files delivered instantly upon
purchase. Because the files are available to you immediately after checkout,
all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a download link has
been issued.

Before you buy
Please review the product description, page count, and format (A4 and US
Letter PDF) carefully before completing your purchase, to make sure it's
right for you.

If something goes wrong
If your download link doesn't work, if a file is missing or corrupted, or if
you were charged incorrectly, contact us at hello@aurenza.digital with your
order number. We'll fix it or make it right within 24 hours.

Wrong item purchased
If you purchased the wrong product by mistake and haven't yet downloaded any
files, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll do our best to help.
